JC’s supermarket in Swords Co. Dublin is the largest independently operated retail grocery outlet in Ireland. Opened in 1977 the family owned store is an institution in the area and is one of the most well known and respected supermarkets in the country.

Amid growing competition in the market place, the store decided to implement the CBE / NCR Self Checkout solution to meet the expectations of it’s customers and offer shoppers greater choice.
