CBE have been selected to present at the ACS Technology Showcase on the 25th February in London. After a long selection process by an Independent Retailer Board, CBE were chosen to present their innovative Scale to Sale solution at the showcase.

CBE’s innovation team have developed their unique Scale to Sale technology in conjunction with the Bizerba XC Deli Scales which allows retailers to tighten control on their deli operations and handle the new food labelling requirements.

The Scale to Sale technology has proven to increase security, improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage (see diagram below).
