CBE employees take to the skies for charity

After almost 18 months of delays due to adverse weather and covid restrictions, seven CBE employees finally got the chance to complete their tandem skydives at the Irish Parachute Club over the past two weekends having raised over €3,500 for CBE’s corporate charity Protect

The Irish Parachute Club (IPC) is located in Clonbullogue, County Offaly, in Ireland. The IPC has 56 years experience of sport parachuting. In excess of 12,000 jumps are made annually at the club, which is run by skydivers for skydivers.

Jumping from a height of 13,000ft and reaching free fall speeds in excess of 236 km/h, it was an experience like no other.
