CBE colleagues take part in annual Tom Waldron 5k run for Protect the Children

Another great running session for CBE runners at the Tom Waldron 5k Charity fun run in Claremorris. Congratulations to TJ McHugh who beat his last time at the DeCare Dental run and came in second place.

The team was joined by the visually impaired athlete and Aquathon World Champion Leo Hynes on the night, who also donned the CBE Jersey.

With near ideal running conditions, the race was fast, with entrants of all ages, shapes, and sizes taking on the course. Well done to all.

The Tom Waldron 5K run/walk takes place annually in support of Claremorris based Charity ‘Protect the Children of the World”, which is also CBE’s designated Charity.
