CBE are hiring – Call Centre Receptionist

CBE, one of Europe’s leading innovators in Retail & Hospitality Technology, is recruiting for a key role within its Administration team. Due to extensive growth, CBE is seeking a Call Centre Receptionist.

The Role:

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
 
• Greet visitors and manage reception duties.
 
• Record and log calls accurately.
 
• Provide administrative support to the wider team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
 
• Experience in a reception, call centre, or customer service role is an advantage.
