We continuously train and up-skill our customer service experts on all new products and upgrades so that they can better understand customer questions and take the correct course of action in a timely manner.
We want our customers to get the most from our innovative software and integrated systems. Through offering training by experienced CBE professionals in our purpose-built Training Centre, we want customers to understand in a practical setting how to more effectively use our systems to achieve greater effectiveness and improve profitability in their business.
